Our 300kW and 500kW three-phase AC resistive load banks are professional dummy load testing equipment, specially developed for performance inspection, full-load aging, maintenance carbon removal, and factory acceptance testing of diesel generators, UPS systems, inverters, energy storage PCS, and power distribution equipment. With a pure resistive load design (Power Factor = 1.0), the units accurately simulate real resistive working conditions and deliver stable and repeatable test results.

Both 300kW and 500kW models adopt a unified modular cabinet structure with consistent external appearance and overall dimensions, ensuring a standardized and neat equipment layout. The difference lies in internal configuration: the 500kW version is equipped with more high-precision resistance modules and enhanced cooling components, resulting in a larger overall weight to meet higher-power continuous testing requirements. For flexible on-site mobility, both models can be equipped with four heavy-duty casters, enabling convenient movement, positioning, and temporary relocation in indoor test environments.

The load banks support both 3P3W and 3P4W wiring modes, compatible with global mainstream 400V and 480V 50/60Hz power systems.

Featuring multi-step adjustable load steps, the load bank supports stepless combined loading from 1kW to full rated power. It adopts a high-efficiency forced air cooling system as standard with top exhaust design for optimal heat dissipation.

Integrated with comprehensive safety protection functions including over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit protection, and emergency stop, the load banks guarantee reliable long-term continuous operation. Both local touch screen control and remote PC communication control are optional, meeting diverse manual and automatic testing demands. Designed for standard outdoor use, the units have passed CE certification, with customized voltage parameters, load steps, and structural configurations available to satisfy personalized project and export requirements.
