Description

These two high-power intelligent resistive load banks are outdoor air-cooled test equipment for heavy-duty industrial testing and maintenance of Large Gensets, UPS, Energy Storage Systems, Ground Power Units, Wind Generators, Hydro Generators etc.

Adopting modular alloy resistance modules with PF=1.0, they support flexible multi-step loading from 1kW to full rated power, compatible with 3P3W / 3P4W and global 400V/480V 50/60Hz power systems. Standard top exhaust cooling is equipped, while horizontal parallel air discharge can be customized as required.

Both models can be fitted with four heavy-duty casters for easy on-site movement. The 800kW unit weighs around 1000kg, and the 1000kW model weighs approximately 1300kg with enhanced internal heat dissipation components for continuous high-power operation.

Equipped with complete multi-protection systems including over-temperature, over-current, short-circuit and emergency stop, they support local touch panel operation and remote PC control. All units have CE certification, and customized voltage, load steps and cabinet structures are available.
